Natalia Gnecco has a degree in journalism and social communications from the Universidad de La Sabana, which is located in Bogotá, Colombia. She is a specialist in political marketing. In 2006 she was elected by American Votes to receive special training about political campaigns in North America, with the consent of Michigan State University.

Her experience as a correspondent for Conexión Colombia, El Popular of Toronto and recently Abanico magazine has allowed her to interview many personalities in Canada and to get to know the most important international festivals held in Montreal in cinema, music, dance, gastronomy, literature, theatre and opera.

Natalia also has experience in planning and organizing events, seminars, and training courses. In 2005 she became a public relations advisor for the United Nations Project for Development (PNUD) in Colombia. She has been always connected with journalism, and since 2008 her virtual audience has grown thanks to this blog,. She was also an investigative journalist for  Nuevo Mundo Television and  has hosted several radio stations in Montreal, including CKUT (McGill University), Radio Latina, and CFMB. Natalia is a promoter of changes within the framework, culture and politics of Quebec.

Natalia has been a  member of Culture Montreal, CIM, and the Cultural Communities Committee of Quebec for three years. In addition she  has supported many activities in the Colombian Latin American communities in Quebec. In 2009  she  founded and directed LatinArte, and she was a director of this festival until October 2010. LatinArte  offered a window to the Latin-American culture lived in Montreal  and the  objective was to integrate, discover and share the different aspects of art.
